Successful candidates are waiting to take admission in UP BTC for session 2013. Controlling board has announced admission dates for government DIET and Free/Paid seat private colleges. Students are now searching for BTC Fee structure to take admission in these institutions.

We at Career Vendor are happy to announce Government DIET Fees and Private colleges fees for first year and second year of BTC 2013. Admission are starting from 11th March and will be taken up to 25th March 2014.

You have to submit below listed fees in the form of Demand Draft at government DIET of your allotted district.

This fees structure does not includes examination fees and mark sheet fees.

Note: This fee excludes exam fees and mark sheet fees.

This fees structure is published by NCTE on 18.06.2002 . There are total 50 seats in each & every private college. Half seats that means, 25 seats are reserved as ‘Free Seats’ and remaining 25 seats are reserved as ‘Paid Seats’.

Fees for two year BTC course is Rs. 22,000/year for Free Seat in Private college and Rs. 44,000/year for Paid Seat in Private colleges.

  1. Sir ,I have 204.51 marks in obc and I have been allotted kanpur nagar but the cut off for paid seat is 204.58 .now what should I do? Will I not get college??plz reply sir

    1. All students in allotted district will surely get admission in college. Do not worry and contact your allotted district DIET as soon as possible.

But sir today I went to diet of kanpur nagar.and they told me that my marks are less than cut off for paid seat.and they have asked me to come again on march 27.according to them if some seats will be vacant only then I can get college otherwise no chance to get college.now I don’t know what to do

    1. You will undoubtedly get admission in a college from Kanpur Nagar. There are chances that DIET officials made a mistake while finalizing students for admission. You should stay in touch with Kanpur Nagar DIET.

  5. sir….i have seen ur website is very helpful …..i want to ask that besides of 22000/ fee for free seat , colleges are taking extra more fee…. is it same for all private colleges or different?

    1. Colleges were not advised to take extra fees except fee submitted in DIET. But almost all private colleges demand extra fees from candidates. This fees varies from college to college.

      1. the college which i got through counselling is demanding

        2>tution/registration fee:rs 4000
        3>studykit,dress:rs 15000
        total of rs 20000,is to be paid by student this year 2014-2015;;
        what should i do;?
        even the government is not providing any circular regarding such extra fee;
        WHAT NCTE CAN DO IF I COMPLAINT ABOUT PRIVATE COLLEGE TO THEM.

    2. complaint to District Megisrate in written and send attached copy by registerd post to Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and to ministry of home affairs Gov. of India

  6. Sir i got the free seat in diet but still my private clg demands 37000 rs instead of 22000rs
    Is it right? ?

    1. This is not fair, many students complained about it. You should inform ‘Basic Education Board’ about this issue. Colleges may asks for few thousand rupees for prospectus fee, admission fee, library fee, dress/bag fees. But this fees should not exceed 4000-5000 rupees. If your college demands huge amount in the name of extra fees then inform concerned DIET and board about the issue.

  7. My marks are 205.38 general category … I am from Moradabad……. i want to take admission on paid seat. Is it possible?

  9. If i complained about my extra fees of private clg in diet .is that complain affect my admission in that clg

    1. Legally your admission will not be affected but collage management may pressurize you to withdraw your complain.

  10. Sir my private college is asking for extra fees, so a notice issued by DIET against my college for taking extra fees.
    as I already submit fees in that college. Is my extra fees can be refund after that notice?

    1. You should contact your college administration and associated DIET to raise your issue. Sorry, I can not help in this issue.

  12. Hi Pushpendra sir my rank is 203.45 and cut off was 203.40. i m general arts Female. Recent there is a notification that all candidates who took part part in counseling can fill district option and i have filled options afer getting code from DIET. Now is there any chances for admission.

    1. Yes, all candidates completing BTC can get selection in Government schools. There is no difference between studying in DIET or private colleges.

    Now cmming to point, my sis want to apply in Btc 2014-15(COMMING SOON…) she has 68.44% in BSC third year and having 64.33% total in BSC ZOOLOGY, she has also 69% and 62% respectively in 10th and 12th, having average of 65% in all the above mention details.
    Dear sir, i want to knw tht would my sis hav enough (65% ) to compete wid the merit list genrated by BTC 2015. Please enlighted me… Wid ur furthr details… 🙂

    1. Please specify your reservation category, if any. If she falls in General category then its not possible to get admission in BTC 2014-2015 session.
      If she is an OBC or SC/ST candidates then there are high chances for selection.

      If you score well there to then there are high possibilities that you get admission .

    I want to take admission in BTC, how i can take admission and what is procedure to take admission?
    For your information i passed 10th in 2004 with 70% marks and passed 12th in 2006 with 73% marks and passed BCA in 2009 with 78% marks. My overall percentage is 220. Currently i am working in private sector in delhi.

  33. I am student of btc 2013-14 batch my college name is amit memorial mahavidhyalay jalesar road mudi churaha Agra.
    I have teken admission in free seat & college’s staff is taking 25000 rupess for admission & 3500 rupees for books & 1000 rupees for scout & 1500 rupees for exam fees & 10000 rupees for practical fees & 5000 rupees for tour fees.
    Which is not right so I want to complaint against it so please tell me where should I register my complaint against it.

Sir I m a btc trainee of batch 2013 ..from private colg in free seat…on admission time submitted 22000 …but we got news from newspaper that the system of paid seet and free seat has finished…43000 fees will b taken by everyone …so sir..will it b applied to us ..or from the nxt batch..wat fees we hav to pay in secondier ..

    1. If u get admitted as on free seat u have to dipositted the same amnt for 2year such as 22000

    I have got a total of 206.3 & belongs to general category . But this time the cutoff of all the districts is quite high compared with last year. so I need to ask whether there is any chance that I could get selected in third counseling.

  55. My brother got seat in Meerut BTC private college for coming session, as per notification only 41000 money draft ask.

    But during counseling time Meerut diet principle inform that extra rs. 30000 required for taking admission in college.whether it is approved by govt. or they are asking for them.

    I was appeared in the BTC 2014-15 Counseling, I have also got the PVT College . My Merit was 204.2 in OBC Category . But at that time i was unable to join the college.

    Is there any option to join the college or we have to apply in a fresh way.

  100. Sir my name is Satish Kumar Tiwari and i belong to Uttarpradesh ballia. Sir i need help from your side in regards of getting my original documents.
    Sir i take admission in BTC (DELED) in SANKALP INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION DUHAI GHAZIABAD IN September 2017 by submitting annual fees of 41000. But due to financial problems i discontinue it. This is a 2 year course. Initially institute was saying that we will return your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS after 6 months.
    Now i went for original documents institute is demanding 41000 rupees for second year also, after that saying we will settle it in 25000 rupees of bribe and we will give you documents, otherwise we will not give your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
    Please help me sir in this matter to get my 10th, 12th ,bcom and domicile documents.
    I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
