Online/offline Counselling for B.ed Admission 2014-2015

Bachelor of Education (B.ed) Programme joint entrance examination was conducted by Bundhelkhand University, Jhansi on 20 May, 2014 and their result was declared on 04 June, 2014. After the result, B.Ed 2014 counseling will be conducted between on 07 June, 2014 to 02 May,2014. It will be done online/offline mode. The candidates who are interested in offline mode counseling shall be aware about the counseling procedure, Fees requirement, mode of payment, documents related to education and other extra curricular achievements. The offline counseling will be conducted between 07 June, 2014 to 15 June, 2014.

The Candidates who are interested in online counseling procedure will be conducted between 16 June,2014 to 02 July,2014. Candidates shall be download the counseling letter from the official website 12 June,2014 onwards.

• Date of offline counseling: 07 June, 2014 to 15 June, 2014
• Date of online counseling: 16 June, 2014 to 02 July, 2014

The completely procedure of online/offline counseling are given below:-

1.Issuance of Tokens: The token will be issued to the candidates at the respective counseling centers on ‘First come First serve’ basis. Candidates should be called as per their token numbers.

2.Verification of Documents: The candidates should be issued a file cover along with booklet of containing details of various colleges at the counseling centre. Candidates original document of education qualification on academic qualification shall be checked/verified at the counseling centres.

3.Counseling Fees: Candidates are required to pay Rs.500/-(Five hundred only) as a counseling fees. The counseling fee will be collected by Demand draft (DD) to be issued in favour of “FINANCE OFFICER BUNDELKHAND UNIVERSITY, JHANSI”.

4.Collection of Part College Fees: Applicants are required to pay Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only)will be also collected by Demand draft (DD) to be issued in favour of “FINANCE OFFICER BUNDELKHAND UNIVERSITY, JHANSI”.

5.Counseling of Candidates: PIN (one time password) generation by NIC and communicating through sms to candidates.

6.Filling of Choice:  Candidates will be given three days time for choice filling. The candidate’s may fill as many colleges as their choice from their homes or any other comfortable place having internet connection facilities.

7.Allotment of College: After the choice filling, the candidates should be allotted respective college based upon their merit, reservation and choice priority. The candidate may take a print out of allotment letter and e-challan of remaining fees.

8.Collection of Balance fees: The candidate shall have to submit the balance fee through e-challan at any branch of Punjab national bank and get transaction id. Candidates shall visit NIC website again, to fill their roll no, date of birth and transaction id to get print out of confirmation letter of admission.

9.Withdrawal of Demand Draft: The candidates to whom not allotted the colleges as per choices filled by them, they are required to visit counseling centers to collect the draft of Rs.5000/- submitted by them within seven days of rejection.

10.Reporting Time: The candidates shall be required to report and join their respective colleges within five days of issuance of confirmation letter.
