• Written Exam
• Physical Test
  Height: 170 cm (150 cm for female)
  Chest: 80 – 85 cm for male.
  Height: for ST Candidates 162.5 cm (150 cm for female)
  Chest: for ST Candidates 77 – 82 cm (for Male)
  Height: 165 cm (150 cm for female) and Chest: 80 – 85 cm for (Falling in the Categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Ladakh regions J and K.)
• Weight: Candidate’s weight should be proportionate to height and age.
• Medical Test:
  There are some medical test (Eye sight, colour blindness, permanent tatoo on any part of body, knock knee, varicose vein, good mental and bodily health) for ITBP Sub Inspector Post Job.
