GATE has been conducted this GATE 2015 Exam on 31st January, 01st, 07th & 18th February, 2015. The journey towards the elusive seat at IISc, IIT, NIT and the best job at PSU’s has begun with the announcement of GATE 2015 notification. IIT Kanpur organized this year GATE examination across the eight zones including seven IITs and an IIS, Bangalore. The GATE committee, which comprises of representatives from these administering institutes, is the sole authority for regulating the examination and declaring the results.

GATE is an all India examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of the candidate in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture and Post-Graduate level subjects in Science. This year IIT Kanpur conducted the GATE-2015 Examination for IIT, IISc, BHEL etc. for recruitments and admissions to Postgraduate courses in various institutes. The score may also be used by Public and Private Sector Undertakings for employment screening purposes.

The overall co-ordination and responsibility of conducting GATE 2015 lies with Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, which is designated as the Organizing Institute (OI) for GATE 2015. Candidates who participated in this exam on different dates can check their performance level by result on 12th March probably. The GATE 2015 Score is used for Admissions to Post Graduate Programs (i.e. M.E., M.Tech, direct Ph.D.) in Indian institutes of higher education with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other Government agencies.
