- Upper age limit is 27 years for Lab Technician, Lab Assistant, OT Assistant, ICCU Assistant, and Plaster Assistant Post.
- Upper age limit is 30 years for OT Technician, Speech Therapist, E.C.G Technician and Staff Nurse Posts.
- Upper age limit is 32 years for Audiometric Assistant Posts.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Rs. 100/- for SC / ST categories.
- Candidates drawn demand draft in favour of Director, CNBC payable at New Delhi.
